Dreamerland operates an AI image and video generation service through our website (dreamerland.ai and its web app) and our mobile apps for iOS and Android (together, the "Service"). The Service offers free features as well as paid subscriptions and purchases, as described on our Pricing page and in our Terms of Service.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at Dreamerland unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
We collect the following information when you use the Service:
- Account information: when you sign in with Google, Facebook, Apple, Discord or an email address, we receive your email address, name and profile photo from that sign-in provider.
- Content you create: the prompts and settings you submit and the images and videos you generate, which are stored in your account so you can see them in your history.
- Images you upload: images you upload (for example, as a starting or reference image) are used only to generate the images or videos you request, and are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
- Usage and device information: information about how you use the Service and the device or browser you use, as described under Log Data and Cookies below.
We use this information to provide and improve the Service, to keep your account secure, and to provide customer support. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Our website and apps use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Links to their privacy policies are listed under Third-Party Privacy Policies below.
Payment Information
We do not store your credit or debit card details. Payments on our website are processed by Stripe, and purchases in our mobile apps are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to manage your subscription status across our website and apps. These providers share with us only the information needed to provide your purchase, such as your plan, purchase status and transaction identifiers.
Public Content
If you choose to publish images, videos or styles to the public gallery or your profile, they can be seen by other users and visitors of the Service, together with your display name and profile photo.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error on our website or in our apps we collect data and information (through third-party products) from your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, browser or operating system version, the configuration of the website or app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.

User Account and Data Deletion Instructions
You can delete your account and data in either of these ways:
- In the mobile app: go to the Settings page, scroll to the bottom, tap “Delete account” and confirm.
- By email: send a deletion request to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account.
Your account and the data associated with it will then be deleted.
